Return
The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days without giving a reason (registered customer for 30 days) and to exchange or return the ordered product (s). This 14-day period starts from the moment the Customer receives the Order.
To return / exchange products, please send your request to the e-mail address eshop@levis.ee or reply to the order confirmation e-mail no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The product to be exchanged or returned must not be damaged or show traces, the product must be in its original packaging and all original labels must be affixed to the product.
The return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or sent in error. The product can also to be returned to our stores free of charge.

The return information can be sent by e-mail: reply to order confirmation e-mail or send in a free-form e-mail.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase within 1-3 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
The refund amount includes the purchase price of the product and the initial shipping costs (if applicable).
In addition, the customer can return / exchange products in all our Levi's stores and it is free of charge. You can find the addresses of the stores here.
There is no refund from the store. The money will be refunded through our payment system after we have received the relevant information about the refund from the store.
In case of exchange, the E-shop will send the Customer a new product immediately after receiving the product to be exchanged.
